Roatan Relocation Services is creating the first interactive database of Roatan real estate home values.   We’re in the process of collecting data that will provide detail reports of active listings as well as recent sold homes in the area.  The active listings will be provided through a collaborative effort of other realtors in the area (local MLS).  We are creating the first real estate mapping system of Roatan that will enable location of real estate and pin point home values through recent sales by area, date of sale, and proximity to subject home.  The system is being developed to enhance realtor communication and provide a better system of home values in the island.  Roatan Condominiums, commercial property, and real estate values in general will be fully automated by spring of 2009.  For additional information please contact us at info@roatanres.com.
